Nasal/implant/out: There are two schools of thought. removal ASAP vs waiting 3 to 6 months to allow swelling to subside. Best to ask your surgeon.....

Yes: yes but I would suggest waiting for at least a few months until swelling resolves and you can see the more complete result.
