There : There are several causes of headaches. Some of the causes are stress causing tension headaches, migraine headaches which are severe, brain tumors, aneurysm, polymyalgia rheumatica, medications etc. It is very hard to say why you are having headaches without any history provided and doing an exam. I would strongly recommend that you should see your doctor to find out what is causing your headaches. Regarding green discoloration at the back of the tongue, it is definitely that needs to be looked at. So, you should make an appointment with your primary care doctor.

Sinus infection: The headaches could be caused by a sinus infection, and the green could be a discharge from your sinus which is discoloring your tongue.
