What causes headaches today will be the 9th day in a row non stopping headaches i take asprins and tylenol (acetaminophen) all that good stuff and it only helps for an hour then my headaches start right back up again is it a concerning issue ?

Yes: Having a persistent headache for 9 days is of concern and needs be evaluated by your doctor or a neurologist. Have you had truma t your head or neck recently?? Has any new medication been added just prior to your headache (BCP etc)?

After this long: its probably worth a visit to your doctor for an evaluation since there as so many types of headaches.
