Can tylenol (acetaminophen) with codeine #4 be used for lower back pain, rls, and cluster headaches?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) and codeine: Are both analgesics, or pain medicine. Codeine is a narcotic and should be taken only under medical supervision. You should also not exceed the maximum daily limit of tylenol (acetaminophen).

Tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 for back: Yes, this is one of the milder forms of analgesics. However, if the pain increases and dos not respond to simple analgesics such as ibuprofen, you are better off having an evaluation by a qualified pain specialist. There are some very effective treatments for cluster headaches.

Be careful with that: Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine #4 should not be used to treat your cluster of lbp, rls, and ch, if you have all that as your patient history.Need to get to the bottom of that ; see your pcp, or neurologist, or work with the doctor, who put you on gabapentin. Also, tobacco makes these conditions worse! so, lifestyle changes will reap more benefits than taking pain meds, due to low oxygen states (fr. Tobacco!).
