My 16 year old son had blind spots and a severe headache today. tylenol (acetaminophen) didn't seem to help.

Migraine: May be the reason. Often blind spots precede the headache...Then the headache. Pounding, worse light or sound; better laying in a dark room, cool rag on head. Try ibuprofen.. If it is not getting better it may be helpful to go to the emergency department. Acupuncture can help a lot as can craniosacral therapy...I have seen headaches disappear on the table with those modalities.
