Should i go to the hospital? im almost 26 weeks pregnant dilated to a 1.5 been contracting for almost 24 hrs straight and began to run a slight fever and vomit about an hour ago should i call my ob?

Hopefully : Hopefully you have seen your doctor by now and are under care. For anyone reading this post in a similar situation, you must immediately present to OB triage and call your doctor while you are on the way. In a case such as this, labor must be ruled out and stopped if at all possible. I hope everything is ok. All the best to you.
