Yes: Especially since this is different than normal pattern and vision changes.Not being able to see of of one eye need to go to ER.

Yes: If this is different for you then recommend that you be evaluated at the Emergency Room. Am particularly concerned if this is the worst headache you have ever had and because of loss of vision.
