Hello. : Hello. Can't determine if your lesion is a cyst just by this description alone. I am going to assume (tell me if I am wrong) that you are a sexually active female. Between thick vaginal discharge, vaginal itching and burning, vaginal lesion and back pain - this is suggestive of an infection. You really need a complete sexually transmitted disease work up.
