What can cause little itchy blisters on the vaginal area. don't hurt itches really bad. and it's not all over just one spot ?

Blisters: Herpes (both genital and non genital) though these usually are painful. Allergic reaction of the vulvar skin to something used in that area. An early vulvitis from a yeast infection. Try an antihistamine first, but if no relieve see a gyn to rule out herpes.
