I have a swollen spot at the top of my vagina. its not a cyst i cant feel a bump.i had wet pants on a & couple minutes later had very minor itching that only lasted a couple minutes. when i got home to shower a small area was swollen. what do i do?

Do nothing, only observe, just keep that area clean and avoid tight panties in the next couple days. If the lesion does not resolve and get worse then you should see a doctor. Good luck.
