Don't worry: Herpes usually looks like blisters (open wounds), and it is painful. You cannot contract genital herpes in your vagina from oral sex. Without seeing the bump, it is impossible to tell what it is; it may be a cyst or a wart. If it does not go away on its own, see your GYN. Best wishes.

Need testing: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Schedule a visit.
