What can i do to get my ears to pop if i'm flying with 100% oxygen?

Valsalva: Clearing your ears or the "valsalva" maneuver can help. Afrin (oxymetazoline) during flight can help. Hopefully you are not flying with 100% oxygen! 100% oxygen can be toxic.

Equalization: Ears to pop has no relationship to Oxygen. It is entirely due to the pressure differential between the inside of your ear and the outside of your head. Ask a pilot to show you a couple of ways to equalize the pressures when needed.
