I have strep and inflamed sinuses which was causing popping in my ears. i was prescribed fluticasone propionate,zyrtecd and an antibiotic (for strep). im flying tomorrow can i/would afrin on top of that help keep the sinus &ear pressure controlled?

Best to reschedule the flight for 3-4 weeks later. And yes the Afrin is helpful in decreasing nasal congestion and allowing air to ventilate the sinuses. If you do go, Valslava frequently. No alcohol. smoking

Inner ear pain/pressure for 3 mos. Been to an ent, no drainage/wax, MRI clear, use fluticasone 2x daily, popping ear exercise, no help...Pain daily.
Got cold. Sinuses were stuffed, cleared them up. Just ear is stuffed. Taking Afrin (oxymetazoline). Had slight fever but gone now. Ear infection? Or sinus congestion?
I get really bad sinus headache. Forehead, and behind eyes the most. I took a zyrtec will that help? Head is hurting bad. Can feel the sinuses aching. Whats the best to take care of this at home?
