ENT: After two years, it sounds like an exam by a good ears, nose & throat specialist is in order. Perhaps you have some fluid pockets that need draining. Are you hard at work with q-tips? If so, not a good idea!

Eustachian tube blok: Eustachian tubes must be inflamed and blocked. Ent eval is important to preserve your hearing. Also try a mucous free diet for a while. Warm saline gargles. Warm 'nasya' oil drop to nostrils while lying on bed with nose straight up, then roll the head slowly side to side to get the warm oil to the eustachian tube openings to soothe and relax the openings.
