Neuropathy : Neuropathy is a result, not a cause. It is important to identify treatable causes of neuropathy, or treatable conditions that make neuropathy worse. Lyrica, or pregabalin, is a pretty good neuropathy medication. If a low dose doesn't work, the dose can be increased according to your doctor's judgement. If that doesn't work, other medications like Amitriptyline (a "tricyclic" drug), duloxetine (an "snri" drug), capsaicin creams, and other alternatives.

Numb feet: There are many reasons to get numb feet; nerve damage is a main cause of numb feet. You should have a ncv or ncs study to access the amount of damage done to the nerves. Cymblata 60 mg can be given for the neuropathy; there are also nutrients that are important to take such as vitamin b1, vitamin b2, vitamin b12, Alpha lipoic acid to enhance the damaged nerve endings with the needed nutrients.

maybe nothing: If your neuropathy is manifesting as numbness, then that is a secondary effect of sensory malfunction. You just can't feel what you used to be able to feel because the nerves have been damage. Nothing is going to make that go away, because we don't know how to regenerate those nerves. Often people feel unpleasant feelings along with the numbness. Trying different medications is important.
