It : It isn't possible to diagnose your condition via this format. It could be a viral respiratory infection, pneumonia, bronchitis. A bacterial infection. Since it has been going on for a week without improvement, it is probably time to get it seen. In the mean time hydrate well and consider use of an over the counter mucolytic medication.
