Any : Any other symptoms? Ear pain can be from the ear (infection, trauma, etc.). It can be from other things like inflammation of the jaw joint, throat, tonsil, teeth, tongue... If there are any of these throat issues causing ear pain, you should be evaluated by a doctor. Especially if you are a smoker.

Too many to list: Your question is too vague. I do not have any patients with an ear on their lower back. However if I use my crystal ball to look at your question i see that you have classic symptoms of TMJ or problems with your jaw joint. Perhaps a night guard would be in order for you. Please write out your question better and resubmit it for a better answer. Otherwise get a night guard.
