I have a ball the size of a gum ball in the lower side of the back of my ear it doesn't hurt but it look weird what is it? hit my head a few yrs ago

Cyst or lymph node: It may be a cyst or an enlarged lymph node. Have your healthcare provider take a look at it and give you a better opinion. It's difficult to tell for sure without seeing and touching the area of concern.
