I have a ear infection been on meds for 5 days and my lower back started to hurt . what do think this could be?

Likely unrelated: .I don't see a connection between the two, other than when one is feeling sick, sometimes the body feels achy all over, and it seems to esp. hit the lower back. Alternatively, some antibiotics can cause diarrhea or gas pains, and that can occasionally cause referred pain to the back.
