Less : Less dairy fat from butter and cheese which tend to increase cholesterol levels. Eat less processed foods that have trans fats. Eat more low fat dairy, fruits and vegetables. Cut down on fatty meats. If you are overweight, try to cut portions and lose weight. With dietary change, most people can not lower cholesterol more than about 10-15%. See the link below.
