As : As the previoius dentist aswered, free clinics would be able to keep you out of pain and keep you comfortable, and again he is right that all other dental work beyond that is really elective. However, there are other options for people without dental insurance to take advantage of to help reduce the cost. There are several third party financing companies such as care credit, wells fargo, and american general. These companes offer healthcare financing and allow patients, such as yourself, to make monthly minium payments which in most cases are interest free for up to at least 12 months.

Obamacare: See if dental coverage is available through Obamacare. It is sometimes imbedded. My experience is this is a great option for patients that have not had traditional dental insurance through an employer.
