Contact : Contact you dentist for a cost estimate as it varies by location due to overhead costs. Root canal treatment techniques have improved immensely over the last 20 years. It is now a predictable and comfortable procedure as long as there is not complicating factors. You can expect some mild discomfort afterwards that can usually be well controlled by a NSAID such as Motrin or advil (ibuprofen). Recommend that you contact your dentist for an exam to make sure that the teeth are restorable prior to initiating root canal treatment.

As : As dr funari explained, dental care for this type of situation is usually pain free and without complication. Usually, when there is an infection it is a bit more difficult to make the patient comfortable. Regarding costs, consult with your local dentist. You have to take into consideration the fees for the root canal therapy, as well as the post and crowns needed to restore the teeth. By having this information up front you will have an idea of the total costs involved.

All : All root canals are performed under local anesthesia, which mean no pain. Procedures of this nature are carried out uneventfully, just need to find the professional who will inspire you the confidence you are looking for. The price.....Ahhhhh dollars and sense....Every professional has his own fees, you should try to find a dentist who would perform the root canal, you will also need a post and build up and finally the crown(look for a cerec crown) to protect the integrity of the tooth, and allow you to smile again... All three procedures can be performed by the same dentist in one or two appointments. Good luck!

Varies: Cost of root canal can vary from $450-1000 depending on getting it from general dentist or endodontist..Location you are residing..Best is to call some dentist in your area and che k the prices..Treatment will not be usually painful..You would be numbed and if infection present even given antibiotics before the work..Getting treated would avoid lots of pain in future..

See a dentist..: A thorough evaluation by a dentist may reveal you do not need root canal treatment. It may also reveal root canal treatment would not work. Please see a dentist who can offer you more intelligent answers for your particular issues. If you do not have one seek one online with very good reviews. A very good dentist can minimize or eliminate much in the way of discomfort.
