See a dentist: Your teeth could be moving forward for a number of reasons, all of which could be evaluated by a dentist. Some common reasons include crowding of the teeth, tongue thrust, and/or gum disease. Each of these requires different treatment to correct. So visit your dentist, find out why your teeth are moving forward, and then you can decide how you want to proceed to change it.

Best to be: Evaluated by an orthodontist. Depending on severity, it might be a simple fix with invisalign or similar modality. All the best and thanks for the qn.
