If : If you practiced safe sex and if you are certain the condom didn't break, it's unlikely you contracted hiv. Lack of ejaculation does not mean you are safe and if you experienced any penetration without a condom or with a broken condom, it is possible you were exposed to the disease.

Testing : It is too late for post-exposure prophylaxis. If you have any concern take a HIV nucleic acid test about 6 months after exposure.
