You : You go and see your dentist! you do not know the reason the teeth are yellow. It might be external strain, which can be polished off... If it is internal stain, power bleach might work, and if not, you might need some actual work like porcelain veneers. Either way, you have to be seen by a dentist. Sorry, but aside of brushing, that is the only thing you can do.

First : First go to your dentist and get a cleaning. Ask about the yellow teeth and see if you are a candidate for in office whitening or if you need something more like veneers or bonding. I am not certain if you have tried otc whitening kits but in general the improvement with them is limited. If money is the issue you can try them but i know your dentist will have a definite solution.

I : I agree with the other dentists who already answered this question. You need to go to your dentist. You have no idea why your teeth are yellow. You may just need your teeth cleaned. Call a local dentist and find out what your options are. Home remedies are not going to whiten your teeth as you may already have found out.
