By "used" Did You : mean that the dentist bleached your teeth? Or did he give you a kit that you used at home? Bleaching can make the teeth sensitive and it's not for everyone. First, consult with your dentist to see if further whitening efforts are ok. If not, there are other solutions such as porcelain laminates to beautify your smile. Try strips: Strips that are available in stores should have a lower concentration of peroxide in them, and should give less sensitivity. Teeth do absorb the peroxide and become transently sensitive. But, they might not achieve the whitening you desire.
