Speak : Speak to your doctor about rhinocort. It is a category b drug and should be ok.

Zyrtec (cetirizine) : Zyrtec is class b as well. However, it does control nasal congestion (stuffiness) very well. If you are still symptomatic, see your physician about prescribing a nasal steroid. Of those, rhinocort is the only one that is class b, but probably any nasal steroid would be safe.
