Claritin (loratadine): we always recommend to avoid meds if possible, but if you have to Claritin (loratadine) should be ok

Both category B: Category B designation indicates that animal studies have been done and the drug did not statistically contribute harm to the animal fetus, but no controlled studies in humans available. Category C indicates that studies in animals suggest some adverse effect on animal fetus (however, this is sometimes at higher doses) and no controlled human studies. Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec are both cat B.
