Not that I'm aware : I've not heard of zyrtec (cetirizine) d causing a pregnancy test issue. Regarding allergy meds in pregnancy, i generally avoid allergy meds that have a decongestant. So, regular zyrtec (cetirizine) would be preferred over zyrtec (cetirizine) d. Some antihistamines can be used in pregnancy for allergies. Benedryl is fine. However, without knowing your other meds, you should alert your OB what you are taking.

Avoid the D's: It will not affect the results of a pregnancy test. However, the decongestant (phenylephrine) that gives zyrtec-d its d has not been well-studied in humans, and should be avoided if possible. Regular zyrtec is okay. Try and avoid the decongestant versions of allergy meds as well. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a safe and effective medicine to dry a runny nose, but will make you very tired.
