Hello. : Hello. Symptoms of a concussion can include: headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, blurred vision, slurred speech, weakness, feeling dazed, numbness, lack of coordination, problems with short term memory, dizziness as well as repeating things over and over. You can develop a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. I do recommend that you be medically evaluated.

Absolutely : Absolutely you should seek medical attention, perhaps not an emergency but promptly. What you describe could represent a concussion, as dr fowler has suggested, but you could also have other kinds of damage from your head trauma, including a growing subdural hematoma (a blood clot on top of the brain, between it and the skull), brain contusions, or a spine injury affecting nerves and blood vessels at the base of the skull. You need a good evaluation of your head/brain and your neck, probably involving ct and MRI scans as well as a thorough neurological examination by a specialist (neurologist).
