You : You will be uncomfortable when you stop percocet, but nothing bad will happen to you. Patients don't die from stopping narcotics. If you get nausea, you can be safely treated with zofran or phenergan, (promethazine) so you can ask your gynecologist for those. It will take 4-5 days and then you can be safely off of the percocet. I wish you the best, and it is good you are trying to get off of this medication.

See addiction MD: It is not safe to go through "cold turkey" withdrawal in pregnancy. It risks both your safety and the safety of your unborn child. Depending on how many Percocet you were using, a variety of things could be done, ranging from a supervised detoxification to maintenance with Buprenorphine (suboxone/subutex).
