I was recently informed that i have retrolisthesis disk displacement in my l 2, 3, 4 and 5. how bad is this injury? i was in a bad vehicle accident 6 weeks ago and i wasn't wearing a seat belt, i have never had back problems before the accident.

This : This depends on the amount, location and type of pain, numbness, weakness or other neurological problems you have and your age. These changes are more common in older people. I would recommend seeing a spine pain specialist for assessment and treatment. Good luck!
