Probably not: Fusion would be indicated if there is instability . This would have to fit certain criteria. Not likely that you would have instability over 25 years. Also mild retolisthesis is usually an incidental finding not associated with symptoms.

Any Symptoms?: Retrolisthesis is just a description of your spine anatomy. It can sure be corrected surgically but if there are no symptoms associated, why bother. Chances are your spine has healed up in that position. For neurological signs or symptoms or unrelenting back pain etc - see your neurosurgeon to check if symptoms correlate with the radiographic diagnosis.
