Facets: Thrse are expected changes and are described as mild cant explain clinical severe pain may be incidental findings,having exagerated lordosis after a fusion is great as loss of lordosis and sagital plane imbalance more the rule. more lordosis is good keep looking for the pain generator not bad enough to add to fusion at mild , back pain post op can be from surgical muscle injury
