Blow my nose so hard now i can not hear. can not hear on both ears.

Hello. : Hello. You may have created so much pressure when baring down, that it closed off the eustacian tubes which empty fluid and pressure from the ears down into the throat. Recommend that you consider taking an oral decongestant (can be purchased over the counter). Afrin is a nasal spray which is excellent at reducing swelling in the nares and surrounding area. It can be used twice a day for up to 3 to 5 days maximum. Take care.

I : I am assuming you can hear something, just not as well as before. I agree with dr. Fowler's suggestions for early conservative management. If your symptoms, however, do not improve within the next 3-5 days, or are associated with vertigo (spinning sensations) in particular, it is important that you be evaluated for other possible causes of hearing loss that can include perilymphatic fistula or plf (usually a fluctuating hearing loss) or ruptured eardrum. These are both forms of implosive trauma that can be created by sudden high internally generated pressure changes. An ear exam and hearing test would then be appropriate.
