Give it a couple of days to resolve. If it is not better in a week, or if you develop a discharge from the affected ear, see a doctor. Sinus and nasal rinses are useless. Get HPV vaccine. Head rush upon standing from my desk at work. Doesn't happen at home or when I wake up. After a few seconds of standing, it feels like blood rushing to head, even hearing is affected. Happened for years now. 4 bottles of water a day.
What treatments keep sinus issues from backing up into ears? Am an adult, year-round hearing problems + Allergies all year. Nasal sprays don't work.
Is afrin enough of a decongestant when trying to get rid of sinus/ear infection, or do I need an oral decon too? Taking cefdinir, prednisone and a Zyrtec at night currently. Nasal congestion better but ears still clogged, little hearing out of ears?
