1st tooth: The moment 1st tooth erupts you need to see dentist (preferably pediatric dental specialist) to ck eruption, crania-facial growth & development, fluoride, hygiene, diet, and so many other things. Don't wait past 1st birthday. And by the way, 1st orthodontic cm-up age 7. In both cases, better too early than too late. It's hard to play catch-up.
