Not regular interval: Porcelain veneers may last for a long time or they may not. Variables include patient maintenance, the quality of the dental work, diet, habits, and mouthguard wear. There may be others. Perhaps someday they will replaced; but that would only be if a problem of some kind develops. They are not replaced at regular intervals.

Replaced eventually: Nothing last forever, even well made porcelain veneers. You can expect to get years of wonderful wear and smiles out of well made porcelain veneers, but if you are young, expect that they will need to be redone at least once or twice. Each time, the results should last longer and look better as technology improves!

The veneers, though durable, do have an effective life span. Best results when a Orthodontic Specialist does non-Surgical tooth-bone reconfiguration to create the best possible platform on which to do restorative treatment.
