Do white spots on skin mean its cancer. i have eczema and a past history of cancer. i had a brain tumor in 1984. and i have very dry skin.

Absolutely : Absolutely not. Obviously i can not make a diagnosis without the benefit of visualizing these lesions. Concerning features of skin lesions that raise suspicion of possible malignancy include, in part or aggregate, non-healing "sores" particularly if they enlarge over time, growths that have irregular surface features or borders, variegation (differences) of color within them, ulcerated lesions, discomfort or bleeding associated with them. White spots on skin may simply represent areas of depigmentation adjacent to an area of eczema. Other possibilities exist but one would need to actually examine you to be more specific.

Probably not: White spots is not a typical sign of skin cancer. But you should show this rash to your friendly dermatologist and find the diagnosis.
