Sure. : Sure. That is possible. You obviously need to speak with your dentist. There are many ways in which veneers can be fit in a small space.

Yes: Depending on the situation we may place crowns on the lower teeth instead to provide for more bonding surface area to the tooth. I assume your upper teeth fit way out in front of the lower front teeth. If your lower front teeth fit out in front of the upper teeth, i would suggest crowns as they would be stronger in that situation. A visit to a reputable dentist would be your best option.

You can ... : It makes the dentist's job a bit harder when we do veneers for patient's who have a variation in their bit, like your overbite, but it is certainly do-able, and may even fix your bite a bit.

Evaluate first: The functional relationship of your teeth may affect restorative decisions. Any restorations will require periodic maintenance. Straightening your teeth may eliminate need for reshaping/restoring teeth, or make Rx more effective and long lasting. Talk to an Orthodontic Specialist as well as your restorative Dentist to learn all you can before choosing the best path.

Needs to be seen: This needs to be seen personally with a clinical exam, x-rays and study models in order to determine the best course of action. It's not whether or not it can be done but rather what would be the best solution for your specific circumstances. You should seek not only a great aesthetic result but also a functionally stable, problem free long tern solution.
