Wow, : Wow, its rough to lose a front tooth especially when there isnt enough room for a replacement. Your options may include orthodontics if your bone and gums are healthy enough. You say that you need several teeth removed, perhaps an orthodontist can align your front teeth using the space left after the extractions. First, get your mouth healthy, then talk to an orthodontist about your options and finally, keep your mouth healthy so so won't have to lose more teeth.

This : This requires the careful planning of your case by joint collaberation of a good cosmetic dentist and the orthodontist. Thepof course is to have hopeless teeth removed and some transitional placement of teeth so that you look ok. That can be incorporated into the orthodontic appliance. Most important at that point is for the cosmetic dentist to communicate with te orthodontist so that the final alignment allows for properly sized and shaped teeth.

Have treatment plan: Have a complete treatment plan prior to the extractions. This way you know that when the dentist removes the teeth, you will have an asthetic solution while the area heals. A snap- on- smile or a partial denture may be an interum solution until your treatment plan is finalized. If possible implants are a very sound choice for tooth replacement.

Missing teeth: When teeth are missing, they can be replaced with either fixed or removable prosthetics, sometime using titanuim implants. Discuss your treatment plan thoroughly with your dentist so that you understand exactly how your mouth will be restored. All the best....

See an oral surgeon: for immediate implant placement and provisional crown fabrication after a minimally invasive atraumatic extraction. Immediate implant placement following tooth extraction has been found to be a predictable solution to a single tooth loss. Good luck.
