Probably not: Aching after exercise can be a sign of many other problems like patellofemoral syndrome, chondromalacia patella, jumper's knee, bursitis and simple sprains/strains. Arthritis or degeneration of the actual knee joint would be less likely. A doctor can examine the knee to help find out.
