Perthes diagnosis @age 4. now hip/knee ache often esp if cold or about to storm. lately when hip hurts other random joints ache. 26 too young for arthritis?

However perthes @ age 4 generally does not cause as signifigant problems as those who develop it later in adolescence; so hopefully u are not developing arthritis ... Young for arthritis: Perthes is a pediatric hip condition that not only causes hip pain at the time, but can predispose to other hip issues, such as arthritis. Nowadays, there are other options for treatment of hip disorders before there is significant arthritis. If you haven't seen a hip preservation surgeon (someone who could offer you something other than hip replacement), i would definitely do that. Good luck!
