It : It will be tough to completely rest the hip flexor and keep up your fitness. You can try some less demanding activities during the "rest" period. Try riding a stationary bike with no to low resistance. If your feeling deep groin pain, you may want to have your hip labrum checked out. Could be a labral tear.
