Are : Are these comments coming from a radiographic report? Scoliosis refers to spine curvature. Mild degenerative disc refers to the materials that lies between each of the vertebrae (bones) of the back. Degenerative joint changes can refer to arthritic condition of a joint. Chronic change to hemipelvis is to vague to determine. If there was significant change to a spinal nerve root from a disk or vertebrae it might impact urination; however don't see any comment specific to that. What you need to do is to discuss this with your doctor to see how this pertains specifically to you. Take care.

Mild : Mild degenerative disk disease, joint disease and scoliosis are not usually related to kidney or urination issues. I would discuss urination issues with your doctor or urologist. Good luck!
