I have left side flank pain. feels like its my kidney. its sharp and and it comes and goes not constant. no fever/no pain when urinating/no nausea/normal color light yellow urine/no change in urine output. any ideas what it color be?

Nephrolithiasis?: Can't be sure without speaking back and forth but what you describe sure sounds like a kidney stone, especially if the pain, when it comes, is VERY severe, especially if it is "colicky" (makes you want to walk around, as opposed to curling up in a ball in bed). Need to check with your doctor who will probably order an ultrasound.
