Its quite: UNUSUAL to feel "Kidney Pain" unless infected or otherwise abnormal (obstruction, stones, etc) "Foamy and Dark" are very NON-SPECIFIC appearances for urine!@ The sharp "heart pain" is most likely NOT from your heart....people don't describe cardiac pain as pain "in or from" their hearts THUS:" YOU NEED A VISIT TO YOUR PCP (Primary Care Provider) with whom you should discuss these concerns!
