I : I am sorry that you are having this issue as yeast infections can be very uncomfortable. If a patient has recurrent yeast, they can try always wearing cotton underwear (not nylon), not taking baths and showering instead, avoiding hot tubs, drying swim suits completely, and avoiding sugary drinks or foods. In very rare situations recurrent yeast infections can be a sign of diabetes so if it continues it would be reasonable to check your blood sugar.

Yeast loves sugar: Yeast thrives in the presence of sugar & your system may be moving toward type 2 diabetes, which would elevate the sugar in your blood & body fluids. Everyone has yeast in their digestive tract, but if you are experiencing an increase in yeast infections, it could mean your body fluids are attracting more yeast. I would encourage you to have some formal testing done.
