Lipo-sculpture : Lipo-sculpture (or facial fat grafting) can sometimes be done with local anesthesia. It's more typical to have some sedation (or general anesthesia) if signifcant volumes are being transferred. You don't necessarily need to have general anesthesia. Iv sedation is a possibility.

Usually sedation: This depends upon the patient, but a sedative with local anesthesia is usually sufficient for the procedure. Please discuss your concerns with your anesthesia provider before the procedure starts. Hope all goes well.
