Rheumatoid : Rheumatoid arthrtis is a disease that has to full fill a number of criteria to be diagnosed and even then it may be difficult to diagnose , you can see the criteria in the link , but you also have to have some trainning to identify correcty that the symptoms and signs of the disease are the correct ones . Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease , meaning that the body will react against it self , and its joint causing destruction , this is not because of over work this is a disease that behaves in this way. You need to clarify what is your diagnosis and what treatment you need . Workman comp is someting else , and it also needs to be taken care maybe by a different route.
